At 8:30 AM, your local guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Vientiane. We will then drive to Vang Vieng, a charming town beside the Nam Song River, surrounded by dramatic limestone karsts. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel.
In the afternoon, at 2:00 PM, we will visit Tham Jung Cave, historically a refuge for people who settled near Meuang Xong Village during the civil war. Next, we explore Tham Loup (Deep Cave), known for its stunning stalagmites and stalactites.
Return to the hotel in the late afternoon for some relaxation.

Start your day with a bike ride to Tham Phoukham, also known as the “Cave of the Golden Crab,” famous for its stalagmites, stalactites, underground lakes, and towering chimneys. Continue cycling west, following the narrow valley of the Houay San stream, until we reach Pha Deng (Red Cliff).
The village of Phonxay marks the beginning of the Nam Khouang River. The dirt road continues south alongside the river, leading us back to the Nam Song Bridge.

Return to Vang Vieng Town by late afternoon.
